More Kamping with Keaton!

On April 19-22 (Spring Break!) we enjoyed a trip to St. Andrews National Park in Panama City, Florida! We had lots of fun with our friends the Matthews, Lawson, and Alexander families, and camped right next to the Matthews family at the Park.

We had so much fun at the beach, playing PIRATE PUTT PUTT (one time I got confused and called it "Golf Golf" - and I got a hole-in-one!) Eating at The Boatyard was a lot of fun because they had a pirate ship anchored right next to it and I got to see it up close.

Daddy went scuba-diving with Mr. Dan and Mr. Chad...and Mama enjoyed riding her bicycle around the park and going shopping one afternoon. We had a great trip and can't wait until our next camping trip next month!

Our friends Dawn and Ken from West Point, MS were in Panama City at the same time we were! We had a great time visiting with them and catching up!

My Pre-K Program!

I was a very special part of our class program at the Tift County PreK Center! It was held on Friday, April 18 and we did songs and skits including the Alphabet Song (I was "I is for Igloo!!"), Old MacDonald, Five Little Monkeys, and the Three Little Pigs! Guess what - I was the BIG BAD WOLF!!! I did a great job, and of course Mama and Daddy were soooooo proud of me!

Peter Pan!

Mama and I went to see the Tifton High School Blue Masques' performance of PETER PAN! I wanted to sit on the front row, so we did, and I loved every minute of it, especially when Peter Pan flew across the stage! I think I might want to be in a play sometime.........

Captain Hook is a GIRL???!!!! I was a little bothered by that! Mama told me that she was playing the role of Captain Hook, who is a man, but I don't think I get it.

PETER PAN!!! He sure is pretty :)

WENDY!!!!!!!

Tinkerbell (who was very jealous of Wendy!) and the alligator who swallowed a clock!

Kamping with Keaton

The last weekend in March was our first time out with our new camper and we had a wonderful time at Laura S. Walker State Park near Waycross, GA!!! We couldn't have picked a better place to go on our first trip. The park was beautiful, spacious, and overlooked a lovely lake. Mama and Daddy took turns biking the nature trail across from the park entrance, and Daddy went on Saturday to play on the golfcourse and I played on the BIG PLAYGROUND! Mama had fun fixing our meals in the kitchen, but of course one night we roasted hotdogs and had s'mores (isn't that what you are supposed to do on a camping trip?!) We took Georgia May, the camping dog, with us! I had fun playing with the "neighbor kids" in the campground. We CAN'T WAIT to go again!!! Our next trip will be in two weeks to Panama City, FL with some friends who will have their camper there, too.

Our campsite - Mama has already bought a cute tablecloth for our picnic table for future trips - but no Christmas lights (YET!)

Easter 2008

We spent Easter weekend with my Mama's side of the family up in Fayetteville, TN. My Aunt Brenda and Uncle Greg have the COOLEST cabin, and we enjoyed the beautiful weather and spending time with everyone - and we had a GREAT egg hunt, too! I raced with my cousins Rachel and John Neil to find all the eggs :) John Neil and Rachel found the prize eggs with money, but that's okay because I really like the ones with candy the best. Oh, and the Easter Bunny found me in Tennessee! I had a basket of goodies waiting for me when I woke up on Sunday morning.
