Our library hosted a special "Harry Potter Birthday" on July 30 and it was awesome. Of course I had the perfect outfit to wear, since I was Harry Potter for Halloween in 2011 (minus the glasses, but then again, I am an older Harry Potter now!) Hedwig was a big hit :)

Summer 2013!
This summer was SPECTACULAR!!! In July I attended Camp Lee for the second time - our church's children's camp. I look forward to it every year now. Next up was CAMP KEATON after a fun visit with Gigi and Mr. James. Then it was on to the grandparents' in Lucedale - Grammy and G-Daddy and Grandbob and Papa - before Mama and Daddy came to bring me home. Here are some photos of my fun...in no particular order...! ;)

Hola!
A great thing about homeschooling is that we can begin learning a foreign language when we are ready! We have Rosetta Stone and I have started my Spanish lessons. Mama is helping me/learning along with me.There are a lot of Hispanic people where we live, and we are hoping to have different opportunities to use our new language skills! Adios!

Hip Hop Camp!
In addition to VBS this week, I loved going to Hip Hop Camp with J J Jackson at the Tift Theatre. Here are some pictures and a video of my performance. (Mama apologizes for having her camera at the wrong angle and we - well most of us - look like ghosts!) I am in the middle of the front row!
Bible School buds
What a great week!! We had VBS at First Baptist - our theme was "Dare to be a Daniel." We had our friends Uy and Isaak over to play on Thursday. Isaak spent Wednesday night with us, and rode home with us each day after Bible School. Love my friends!

Grant's birthday at the pond house
I just looooove birthday parties! My friend Grant Matthews had a super-great one! We spend the night at his family's pond house, then got up the next morning to go fishing and swimming in the pond. I especially loved jumping off the deck into the pond....! Mr. Craig cleaned our catch and served it up for lunch, along with hot-dogs and leftover giant birthday cookie. Fun times!

Dance Recital!
This is the second year I have been enrolled at Carolyn Ellis School of Dance, and our big end-of-the-year recital was yesterday. I danced with my Hip Hop class to "Ice Ice Baby" and I was AWESOME!!!! I love to dance :)
A Visit to the "Little White House"
On Tuesday, May 21, Mama and I went with Daddy to LaGrange, GA and heard him speak at the Cattlemen's meeting. He always does a great job and we were very proud of him! The next morning, we got up and went on a "school field trip" to the Little White House, President Franklin D. Roosevelt's home in Warm Springs, GA. We had studied FDR, the Great Depression, and the polio epidemic, so I was familiar with the story. I loved seeing his cars and learning about his little Scottish terrier, Fala. Did you know Fala got his own fan mail? You could also see scratches on the window that they think were from Fala ;) The reason I'm not in any of pictures is because Mama was taking pictures with her phone, and then realized on the way back that she didn't have any (time for a new phone!!!) So, she "borrowed" some online - :)
