Christmas Parade

On Saturday, December 6, Mama and Andrey and I went to our annual downtown Christmas parade and the Hometown Holidays Celebration. We really enjoyed the parade, and then walked downtown and saw the beautiful Christmas trees, wreaths, and gingerbread houses displayed in the Arts Museum. We even saw the Cat in the Hat, Elvis, and the GRINCH GIRLS! They were stuck in a store window!!!!

Go Dawgs!!!

On December 1, Daddy and Andrey went to Athens where Daddy had a meeting and Andrey toured the UGA campus. It was a great experience for him to see what an American University is like!

Children's Choir Program at First Baptist Church

I did a great job singing with my kindergarten choir from church on Sunday evening, December 7. Mama, Daddy, and Andrey were all very proud of me!

George Bagby State Park

Our Thanksgiving camping trip was to George Bagby State Park, where we spent three nights, it rained a lot, but we still were able to walk and bike. We ate at the lodge one night, and had a Monopoly tournament in the camper (for the record - Mama won twice and Andrey won once). We also took a day trip over to Kolomoki State Park that has a lot of Indian Mounds. That was pretty cool, and we went to the top of the largest one.

Happy Thanksgiving

We enjoyed Thanksgiving dinner at home before heading out on our camping trip. It was Andrey's first Thanksgiving! Just ask any of us about the "turkey incident" and we will share it with you, but it doesn't deserve being written about on this blog....

Andrey "killed" the turkey before Curt fried it -

We had to have the "Mimi" roasted pecans and olives -
